This is Paco.
He was captured illegally and sold to an aquarium when he was a baby. He grew up in a chemically treated concrete pool all his life making him have difficulties communicating with other dolphins. Many of the dolphins that were captived with him developed painful conditions like stomach ulcers, and some die prematurely from the stressful conditions of captivity.
